Villa San Antonio is set in 5000sq mts of fenced, landscaped gardens in a secluded peaceful area just outside the old Moorish village of Almogia, which is just 45mins from Malaga Airport.
Almogia is north of Malaga, approximately half-way between Malaga and the ancient Roman capital of Andalusia, Antequera.
Almogia, or the 'Pretty one' as it was known to the Moors, is situated in the heart of the mountains of Malaga with a population of approximately 4,300. It is approximately 25k from Malaga and sits at 363 mts above sea level.
The villa has recently been totally refurbished to a very high standard, with plenty of thought being given to the comfort and enjoyment of all who come to stay.
It has its own private pool, which, along with the surrounding gardens, is illuminated to take full advantage of the balmy summer nights.
There are plenty of shady areas and terraces, allowing you to just relax and soak up the peace and quiet, and for al-fresco dining there is a covered dining area that seats eight people and has a built-in barbecue.
